In 1982, Judy Reyhle heard of a craft she could learn that would allow her to stay at home with her children, and contribute financially to the family budget. She was trained as a reweaver and worked at home for 23+ years, while raising 3 sons. With an unused teaching degree, past banking experience, and the support of her husband, Steve, Judy decided to start her own business of garment repair. With her sons grown, she could now train other young women in this dying art, and they could work at home as she did.

On February 15, 2005, Amazing Garment Repair opened to the public in Overland Park, Kansas. In addition to passing on the art, Judy enjoys managing the shop and offering excellent service to daily walk-in customers.

The expertise of our staff is now recognized by many fine clothing stores and tailors across the country. All of us at AGR are proud of our exceptional quality of work at a fair price, and our quick turnaround. We strive to have a pleasant business atmosphere for our employees and our customers.
